When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

Any information posted on One Emprima social media pages may be used elsewhere for marketing and advertising purposes. Examples include but are not limited to testimonials, reviews, recorded social media Lives and other forms of digital connection available as public access.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Email and Phone Number

Your email and phone number are available to Annie Emprima-Martin at One Emprima through the Square scheduling app. This information is used to contact customers as a form of communication. Email addresses supplied through Square are also shared with the email provider to share news, updates, and other information by email.

Phone numbers and email addresses are not shared with anyone other than Annie Emprima-Martin.

Who we share your data with

We don’t. Plain and simple. One Emprima does not sell or repurpose your information; however, that does not extend to the privacy policy of our merchant service providers such as Square, Amazon Pay, Venmo, CashApp, etc.

How long we retain your data

One Emprima does not store credit card information. The information is protected primarily through Square merchant services and the full credit card number or additional data from the credit card is not visible to One Emprima staff.
