If you are new to Annie’s work, expect to start with 2-3 hours a day of deep metaphysical work with the remaining segments casual chat, intuitive coaching, or intuitive conversation (heightened version of talk therapy). This can be done while walking, eating, driving.

2) Half-Day Triage (Local, Las Vegas) — $2,500 + travel

• 3.5 hours for urgent clarity (pre-deal, post-crisis, or high-stakes decision).

3) 48-Hour Turnaround Intensive — $12,500 + travel

• Two consecutive on-site days for complex blocks, mental health situations, or time-compressed goals.

4) Weekend Immersion (Private) — $25,000 + travel

• Fri evening intake + Sat/Sun deep work + Monday morning fly-out

• Includes a 60-90-minute integration call at Day 7, Day 14, and Day 21.

5) 30-Day Executive Retainer — $15,000 + travel

• 1 on-site day (8 hours) + weekly 60-min calls + as-needed Signal App access (text/voice notes, <24h response).

All travel is arranged for comfort, privacy, and security — so you can focus on the work, not the logistics.

Annie’s Travel Range

• Worldwide availability for private fly-in experiences.

• Will travel domestically and internationally — anywhere that can be reached safely within one commercial flight or direct private charter from Las Vegas, NV.

• Business or First Class for flights over 3 hours (private charter available at client’s arrangement).

• Destination flexibility: luxury residences, corporate offices, yachts, retreats, or private estates.

Travel Terms

• Travel at cost billed to the client (flight, lodging, ground transport, meals).

• Preferred lodging: 4–5-star hotels or equivalent private accommodations.

• Arrival: at least 12–24 hours before engagement for time zone acclimation if outside Pacific/Mountain time zones.

• Return: Same-day return possible for engagements under 1.5 hours flight time.

Annie’s Travel Requirements

(For High-Profile Concierge & Private Client Engagements)

1. Transportation

• Flights:

  • Business or First Class for flights over 3 hours.

  • Private charter option available at client’s arrangement.

  • All flights must allow for flexible change options in case schedules shift.

• Ground Transportation:

  • Private car service, black car/SUV, or secure driver arranged in advance.

  • No rideshares (Uber/Lyft) unless pre-approved.

2. Lodging

• Preferred: 4–5-star hotel or luxury private accommodation.

• Room type: King or Queen bed, non-smoking, quiet floor or suite.

• Lodging location should be within 20 minutes of engagement site unless otherwise agreed.

3. Scheduling & Arrival

• Arrival Window:

  • At least 12–24 hours before the engagement if crossing 1+ time zones.

  • At least 48 hours before for international or long-haul travel (over 7 hours flight).

• Engagement Hours: 8–10 hours on site, typically 10 a.m.–6 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.

• Post-Engagement:

  • Overnight stay if return travel exceeds 4 hours post-session end.

4. Meals & Wellbeing

• Meals to be covered or reimbursed during travel.

• Dietary needs: access to fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and vegan options preferred.

• Access to filtered water throughout the day. Ideally, fresh spring water (living water).

5. Security & Privacy

• For high-profile or sensitive environments, client arranges appropriate site access and clearance.

• Strict NDA in place for all travel and work; no photos or public mentions without explicit consent.

• Annie does have access rights to military bases and can pass a military clearance for government clients.

6. Payment & Expenses

• Service fee + estimated travel expenses due upon booking to secure dates.

• Final travel costs reconciled within 3 business days of engagement.

• Travel booked by client or by Annie’s team and invoiced at cost.

Confidentiality & Discretion Policy

1. Absolute Privacy

• No recordings unless initiated by the client for their private use.

• No written reports shared with third parties unless explicitly authorized in writing.

• No storage of personal identifying details beyond what’s needed for travel and scheduling.

• All sessions are strictly confidential. The only exception is if the client poses a credible threat to themselves, to Annie, or to others.

2. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

• All engagements are covered by a mutual NDA — protecting both Annie and the client.

• This ensures nothing discussed, observed, or uncovered can be shared with anyone, including assistants, family members, or business partners, without permission.

3. No Clinical Records

• This is not therapy or medical treatment, so there are no clinical records that could be subpoenaed or accessed by third parties.

• Everything remains off the books, known only to Annie and the client.

4. Controlled Access

• Only the client (or their designated gatekeeper/EA) can arrange, modify, or cancel sessions.

• Travel and session details are shared on a need-to-know basis only.

5. Secure Communication

• All pre- and post-session communication is via encrypted email or secure messaging using Proton mail or Signal App with disappearing feature on.

• Sensitive discussions are never held over unsecured channels.

6. Safe Emotional Space

• Clients can express anger, grief, shame, fear, or vulnerability without judgment, repercussions, or public exposure. 

• Nothing leaves the room.
